Getting Started

1. Load the HTML Table Generator

   Open the HTML Table Generator webpage in your browser.


Input Fields

1. Rows: Specify the number of rows in the table.

   - Input Type: Number

   - Default Value: 3

   - Constraints: Minimum value is 1.

2. Columns: Specify the number of columns in the table.

   - Input Type: Number

   - Default Value: 3

   - Constraints: Minimum value is 1.

3. Font Style: Select the font style for the table text.

   - Input Type: Dropdown

   - Options: The dropdown is dynamically populated with available system fonts.

4. Font Size: Set the font size for the table text using a slider.

   - Input Type: Range Slider

   - Default Value: 14

   - Constraints: Minimum value is 8, maximum value is 72.

   - Display: The selected font size is displayed next to the slider.

5. Table Border: Adjust the table border thickness using a slider.

   - Input Type: Range Slider

   - Default Value: 1

   - Constraints: Minimum value is 0, maximum value is 10.

   - Display: The selected border thickness is displayed next to the slider.

6. Cell Width: Set the width of each cell using a slider.

   - Input Type: Range Slider

   - Default Value: 100

   - Constraints: Minimum value is 50, maximum value is 300.

   - Display: The selected cell width is displayed next to the slider.

7. Cell Height: Set the height of each cell using a slider.

   - Input Type: Range Slider

   - Default Value: 30

   - Constraints: Minimum value is 20, maximum value is 100.

   - Display: The selected cell height is displayed next to the slider.

8. Table Color: Choose the background color for the table.

   - Input Type: Color Picker

   - Default Value: ffffff (white)

9. Text Alignment: Select the alignment of text within the table cells.

   - Input Type: Dropdown

   - Options: Left, Center, Right

10. Cell Values: Enter values for each cell in a comma-separated format for each row.

    - Input Type: Textarea

    - Example: 

        `Row1Cell1, Row1Cell2, Row1Cell3
         Row2Cell1, Row2Cell2, Row2Cell3
         Row3Cell1, Row3Cell2, Row3Cell3`

    - Rows are separated by new lines.


Generating the Table

1. Generate Table Button: Click the "Generate Table" button to create the table with the specified settings.

   - The generated HTML code will be displayed in two textareas below the button.


Viewing and Copying the Code

1. Table Preview Button: Click the "Preview" button to open a new pop-up window displaying the table based on the user’s inputs.

2. Inline CSS Code: The HTML code with inline CSS styling will be shown in a textarea.

   - Use the "Copy Inline CSS Code" button to copy the code to your clipboard.

3. External CSS Code: The HTML code with external CSS styling will be shown in another textarea along with the corresponding CSS style block.

   - Use the "Copy External CSS Code" button to copy the code to your clipboard.


Example Usage

1. Specify Table Dimensions: Set Rows to 4 and Columns to 3.

2. Customize Font Style and Size: Choose "Georgia" from the Font Style dropdown and set Font Size to 18.

3. Set Table Border: Adjust the Table Border slider to 2 pixels.

4. Adjust Cell Dimensions: Set Cell Width to 120 pixels and Cell Height to 40 pixels.

5. Choose Table Color: Pick a light grey color from the color picker.

6. Set Text Alignment: Select "Center" from the Text Alignment dropdown.

7. Enter Cell Values: Input the values in the Cell Values textarea:

   A1, B1, C1

   A2, B2, C2

   A3, B3, C3

   A4, B4, C4

8. Generate Table: Click "Generate Table" to see the generated HTML code.

9. Preview Table: Click the "Preview" button to open a pop-up window displaying the table.

10. Copy Code: Use "Copy Inline CSS Code" or "Copy External CSS Code" to copy the generated code.
